Pork Chop Recipe
Four small baking potatoes (if you are really new to the kitchen then get ready-made mashed potatoes and mix some milk and butter to bring them up to a good standard) if you prefer real mashed potatoes then milk and butter for potatoes.
Spinach, greens, or green vegetable of your choice.
Fat is not good for this recipe, so remove the fatty chicks from the meat, take a heavy skillet large enough to hold the chops and add slivers to it and heat it on low heat until some of the fat is flushed.
Keep the flame low, pour in the pork pieces and then smooth the chops with chopped onions. Add salt and pepper and cover the pan and cook for a few hours.
